HOW TO GET STARTED
What is “press 1”technology?
We can also give people the option to "press 1" to connect to either the candidate or someone with the campaign. When they press "1", we forward the call to a phone number you choose. We do not have any additional charge when they press 1 and are patched through to your number.
When a live person picks up the phone leave a brief message, then the constituent will be asked if they would “like to speak to someone” about the issue. If the constituent decides to participate, then the phone call will be transferred to any phone number that you request. Some of our clients use this to light up the switch board at the State House or the U.S. Capital with constituents contacting their Representatives regarding issues or upcoming votes.

How do polls work?
It works like this: We call each phone number on your list, and play your pre-recorded questions one by one. After each question, we wait for the respondent to press a corresponding digit on their phone and we record the result. After the poll is finished, the system sends you an automated report with your poll results.
For example, you could ask voters this question, and record their touch-tone responses: "if the election for state senate was being held today, for whom would you vote for at this time? Press 1 if you think Tom Smith; otherwise press 2 if you think Jenna Jones. Press 3 in you are undecided and press 4 to repeat the question, or press # to skip to the next question."
If you wish, we can do more complex polls where different responses lead to alternate subsequent questions. As always, there is no extra charge for this.
We've run polls on hot issues where the response rate was as high as 20%!
Run a poll using our dialer for as few as 1 question or as many as you require. Respondents indicate their response by pushing a key (1-9) on their key pad. We can complete large surveys for a statewide campaign or just a few thousand dials for a local election.

Setting up your contact lists can be as easy as emailing us a list of phone numbers in almost any format. If you don’t have your own list we can supply you one for 3 cents per record. We can accept Excel, TXT, PDF or CSV Files.
Create a message by calling our toll-free number and entering your recording code. You will receive this in an email If you have your own recording, just attach the recording to the follow up email.
Messages can either be sent immediately or scheduled for some time in the future.
